I started my new career selling real estate towards the end of 2015. My family and I decided to move to Ponce Inlet, Florida to change our life style and were looking forward to some sun and the beach. I previously owned and operated a residential painting business for 20 years in West Chester, PA. I had experience painting homes and getting them looking good for my customers. I also owned a few homes and sold them for a profit most of the time.
I enjoy setting expectations and delivering results for people. Improving processes, properties, and relationships is what has always brough me the most joy in doing my job! I started selling real estate as a Zillow agent right away, and was paying about $800 a month to be in the top 3 agents in 32176. The market was just unwinding all the foreclosures from the crash of 2008, it was a buyers’ market for sure! Then, after Covid, around 2021 the greatest sellers’ market I ever seen took off. It has been a lot of fun and sometimes, very hard to manage through all the ups and downs.
I believe in hard work, and being honest and fair with everyone I deal with on a daily basis. Todays’ market is building inventory and some deals are available.
