One thing I hate about the majority of Realtors I've come across is that they give in and start becoming a yes person. Will doesn't do this, he pulls you back to reality and digs into the aspects that you need to reach your goals. If he doesn't have an answer he'll go above and beyond to work with you to get one. Can't recommend him enough!

We were lucky to meet Will! He is a great guy, super friendly and easy to talk to. He's very knowledgable and was able to help us find a home we love. Will was quick to respond to calls and texts, and would work to move his schedule around to show us homes as fast as possible, which was great, given how the market has been. He also took care of essentially everything and made the whole home buying process easy, especially considering that we are first time home buyers. I'll be calling Will when it is time to buy and sell again, I highly recommend him!

We were especially fortunate to meet Will just around the time we had started looking for a home to purchase. He was very helpful in showing us places that we were interested in seeing, whether it was places he suggested or that we had found on our own. He was very knowledgeable and guided us seamlessly through the otherwise complex process of buying a home. Will was responsive and good at answering questions and explaining things we were unsure of, keeping a great attitude and keen sense of humor, catering to our needs and at times, our idiosyncratic requests. He was consistent throughout the process from the house hunting through the closing. In addition to being able to make use of his expertise, we have gained a new friend. Will was more than just a realtor for our family he was a total blessing stepping in and helping my aged parents navigate all of the challenges of selling their home they had been in for 45 years. In the process of getting the sale done and moved, my father had a heart attack and passed away. I was out of state and unable to give this my full-time attention, to his credit Will treated my mother like family and made the process unbelievably smooth and reduced the stress and challenges for her. He coordinated minor repairs that were needed as well as some remediation, put together an excellent closing team, and had everything done in record time - communication was stellar, professionalism exceeded expectations, over and above on every point - other Realtor’s should take notes, look no further, Will was the absolute best!!!

I’m so glad we had Will as our realtor! Being first time homeowners, we needed someone who could be there to answer our questions, give recommendations, and guide us through the process—and Will exceeded all our expectations. He was always quick to respond and was very helpful. Will has great connections which came in handy for choosing a lender, inspector, etc. We actually met Will on the same day we walked a house that we were interested in that already had multiple offers, and he hustled to get our offer in and ensure it was competitive, while still in our best interest. I cold-called Will Flanagan to have him help my daughter find a place with very little time (I live on Los Angeles, she was in Charleston, and we had less than 2 months to get her settled for her new job). He grabbed the ball for us, helped us buy a house sight-unseen (let’s talk high-risk/high-stress situation!), and was there for my daughter all the way through closing.
