Will Garrison is the Owner and Broker of Austin Lakeside properties with over 22 years of local experience. His expert knowledge of the market in the city and surrounding areas give his clients a cutting edge with all their real estate needs.

Will began his Real Estate career in Austin in 2001 after finishing up 7 years serving in the United States Marine Corps. He firmly attributes his award-winning success in real estate to implementing his core beliefs of Honor and commitment to every client. When he returned to Austin he followed in the family business of helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate dreams. Will was nominated for Austin business journals platinum top 50 awards in 2016,2017 and 2018.

Will is a 3rd Generation Realtor and has a sincere desire to exceed his clients’ expectations throughout the transaction. He watched his family brokerage navigate through tough real estate transactions that gave him a wealth of knowledge when he broke into the Austin Real Estate market. In his free time, Will enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team with the Lake Travis Youth Association. When he is not coaching, he also enjoys golfing and competitive waterskiing with his family.
