Will Musselwhite

Will has lived the coastal lifestyle his entire life, having been born and raised in southeastern North Carolina. Will brings a great deal of real estate knowledge to Landmark Sotheby's International Realty, having worked from Charleston to Wilmington. While attending the College of Charleston, Will began collaborating with a reputable builder on the land development team to assist with directing, planning, zoning, permitting, and development. Also, while in Charleston Will had the opportunity to work with a successful real estate development and investment firm. His primary focus was marketing and project development.

Will returned to the Wilmington area in 2008 where he became a project manager for a local development firm. He furthered his knowledge of residential development by working on all phases of planning for a residential subdivision. Will is proud to be with Landmark Sotheby's International Realty to use his knowledge and experience in real estate, development, and marketing to provide exceptional service to his clients. Will enjoys boating and the coastal lifestyle in his spare time with his wife, Sarah, and their son, Edward.
