Will Schauble

With over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, Will Schauble leads @properties' #1 team in Michigan & Indiana. Since partnering with @properties, the #1 brokerage firm in both Chicagoland and Southwest Michigan, he has been recognized among the firm's top producers and is a member of the prestigious Road to Rolex club, which honors brokers who have achieved a minimum of $10 million in annual sales with @properties.

Will serves buyers, sellers and investors along the Lake Michigan shoreline, from Ogden Dunes to South Haven and beyond. He specializes in luxury lakefront properties in Harbor Country and has long ties to New Buffalo, where he spearheaded the redevelopment of the community's central business district and has been a resident for 34 years.

Prior to moving full time to his Harbor Country lakefront home, Will lived in Chicago, where he pioneered the redevelopment of the River North neighborhood and also had a successful career in finance. He held positions as vice president and senior vice president at G.E. and Bank of America, respectively. Will also developed premier luxury residential properties in Miami and Coral Gables, Florida.

Through his extensive experience in different markets, Will has a wealth of knowledge and a vast referral network that benefits buyers and sellers alike.

When he's not busy selling real estate, Will actively supports The Michiana Humane Society. He is a board member for the organization, which is dedicated to supporting abandoned and unwanted animals in the community. For the last eleven years, the Human Society has held an annual fundraiser at Will's home, The Grand Cottage. It continues to be the organization's largest and most successful event, and is the summer social event of Harbor Country.
