Since then he has marketed agricultural properties, mobile home parks, and single family residences. Willard says some of his clients have liked him and some have not. Prior to becoming a realtor Willard was an educator (classroom teacher and administrator) for 36 years. During this time he also engaged in agriculture and managed his family's residential rental business. However, his main focus now centers around marketing real estate held in probate. He knows personally of the emotions inherent in such sales.
