William Alexander

Bill Alexander is a third generation real estate broker/developer from Atlanta Georgia with over 30 years of active brokerage and development experience in the Southeastern U.S.

Development experience includes owner representation on hotel, office, residential, and industrial construction, and land development on numerous projects in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama. Specialties include subsurface complexities and adaptive reuse. Brokerage experience includes REO, undeveloped land, and improved properties.

Bill is the President of South Coast Real Estate, Inc., is a licensed broker in the state of Georgia and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from West Virginia University.
