William Beichler

William Beichler is a 25 year industry veteran. Prior to founding Legacy Commercial Property Advisors, William represented many organizations with their strategic portfolio planning and overall occupancy cost reductions, including dispositions, leasing, buy-outs, and sale-leasebacks over the years.

He has also held both operational and managerial positions within other real estate firms. He has successfully facilitated transactions in five countries and over thirty states. William has worked with national clients such as American Achievement, Auto Zone, Bimbo Bakeries, Cirrus Logic, Dynamex, Lamar Advertising, Stewart Title, Time Warner Cable, Educational Development Corp., Flowers Foods, and Hilti Corporation.

Today, William’s primary focus is being the Managing Broker for Legacy Commercial Property Advisors, LLC and specializing in industrial, office, and build-to-suit facilities for Oklahoma and Southwest regional clients.

William’s client list represents a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and logistics. Clients know they can rely on his expert market knowledge, negotiation skills, and personal attention to ensure their portfolio is well represented.
