William Bourquin

William Bourquin is Co-Owner and Director of Property Management for Arizona Management Group at Keller Williams Biltmore Partner and has been in the real estate industry since 1998. After building a large portfolio of owners and investors, there were an increasing number of them that needed property management. That is when he created a property management company that would maximize the interests of the property owner. From the onset, William has been dedicated to learning from property managers around the Country. In doing so, he discovered the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Through NARPM, he has captured the best practices and applied them to Arizona Management Group/Keller Williams Biltmore Partners to promote the interests of the clients he serves.
