About William

A Greeneville native, Bill has been involved in the real estate and auction industry since 2001. After working with a nationally franchised company for several years, he decided to open his own business, Greeneville Real Estate and Auction Team, in January 2011.

He worked at a local bank as a Mortgage Lender and Branch Manager before moving into real estate full-time. Having licenses as a Real Estate Broker, as well as an Auctioneer, he is able to represent client needs that include buying and selling of homes and land, both commercial and residential, through traditional means as well as the auction process. Current partner affiliations with Real Estate companies in other parts of the country allow Bill to assist clients with relocation or vacation plans.
