Bill is a native Virginian with over 40 years of Real Estate experience in development, land and commercial brokerage and consulting. He remains active in planning and zoning as well as political affairs.
Bill is an Associate Broker with the Burke Office of Long & Foster Realtors. He is a Certified Commercial Specialist, a National Association of Home Builders Certified New Homes Sales Professional, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a member of the Realtor Land Institute, and a frequent teacher of Realtor Continuing Education. Bill manages Virginia Realty Partners (VRP) concentrating in Land and Commercial transactions.
Bill specializes in providing advisory and brokerage services to churches including collaborative assignments throughout the US. He also serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Titus Institute for Church Planting, a 501(c)(3) organization based in Chantilly, VA http://www.tituschurchplanting.org.
