This year started out not so good!!! But, thanks to a special friend I didn't realize I had, my real estate agent, BILL, William Coons, helped my family in a way that can't be repaid. We had a HUGE issue with our house in January, and to our surprise, Bill was there within minutes and stuck by our sides until the end. He put in a lot of time, energy, and hard work to get our house back to the way it was. His friendship and kindness does not go unnoticed. Our family is truly greatful for having him in our lives. So....the moral of this is....if you EVER need a real estate agent.....BILL is like no other you will find....not only will you get the house of your dreams....you also get a FRIEND FOR LIFE!!!! Thank you so much again Bill!!!!

After my stepfather passed, my mom wanted to sell her house and move to California to be near me. I had William as the agent to make this happen. I dealt with him from Los Angeles while he worked his magic from Schenectady. There were things that had to be taken care of before the house could be sold and William treated us like family, above and beyond his job duties. He made sure everything was taken good care of and done correctly. Honest, professional, always available. I feel so blessed that we had him to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can’t imagine anyone that could have been better. Thank you William for making such a difficult period of our lives so much better!
