I have known Bill Dawkins for over 30 years as a banker, golfer and friend. Therefore, some may consider this review biased based on our long relationship, and that would be understandable. However, when my son decided to start looking for a townhome in the Raleigh/Cary area, Bill was the first individual that came to mind to help him. Bill has tremendous knowledge of the market area and I knew he would be happy to help an old friend. (We moved from Raleigh 20 years ago.) Yet, I never expected the total service quality that Bill provided during the very short period of time in which we had to find and close on a home. From research, townhouse visits (11 in one day), help with punch items to the house, recommendations for a mortgage banker and an attorney, to the final closing, Bill helped with every issue and problem by helping to find solutions to close the deal. We were able to find and close on a home in six weeks. I strongly recommend Bill Dawkins as a realtor for any Triangle area purchase.

I met Bill through a mutual friend who knew I needed to sell my home quickly I order to relocate closer to family. Bill is extremely familiar with the Raleigh real estate market and suggested a sales strategy that did not require an open house or multiple showings. Bill referred me to a landscape company and a professional organizer to help me prepare my house for sale. Within a week of Bill's listing my house on MLS, I received two offers above listing price. The sale of my house completed last week. I have the highest respect for Bill's knowledge and professionalism, and I recommend him with no reservation.
