Bill has done a fantastic job for us. My family really needed to rent a new property since the current owner decided to sell.

Bill really knows the Laguna Niguel Rental Market. He worked tirelessly to show us a number of rentals with 4 bedrooms and with very clean and bright interiors.

He found a beautiful home for us that was in a safe, upscale and quiet neighborhood that really fit our families needs. It also has a specular city view out the back. This is exactly what we were looking for.

Bill negotiated with the owner's agent and got our offer approved for the property we wanted most! Even though there were many offers on the table, his expertise, great personality and guidance is really what helped set us apart. I cannot say enough about his dedication to fulfill our family’s needs. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

Bill is not your regular agent. This is not about him getting a place sold or just finding a new tenant to fill a place just to get his job done..no no!!! His first priority was ALWAYS my family, our happiness and to make sure it's what WE wanted. He went above and beyond an agent.

Bill was the best agent I have ever worked with. He knew the entire area like the back of his hand, he learned quickly exactly what I was looking for and showed me the perfect properties, and he was always available to take me to see listings as they came up. When the perfect house came up, he helped me negotiate and get the lease in a crazy competitive rental market. And last but not lease, he was fun to work, fun to see properties with and always positive and amenable. He is a great guy. I will be selling a house soon and I will certainly hire him to rep the property and if I decide to buy in the near future I will certainly ask him to help with that as well.

Bill has been great from day one! My wife and I were looking at a house with a very unorganized agent. The other agent told us he was given the wrong code for a house so he was going to make a phone call, Then he jumped in his car and left. My wife and I called him 15mins later with no response. So my wife said "I'm calling the selling agent", and that's when we met Bill.
Bill listened to all of our "wants" and "needs" in a home and he made sure to send us all home info fitting the criteria. It was a pleasure working with Bill, he was quick to respond, quick to set up home viewings, and very knowledgeable with the current market trends.

Bill was very efficient and organized in showing us numerous properties in Newport Beach, Irvine and Laguna Niguel.
Since we were moving from Scottsdale, he previewed properties and did FaceTime tours for us. Once we found the perfect property in Laguna Niguel, Bill
worked to be sure the property was presentable and also met the movers to unload before we travel to Laguna Niguel.
Bill was very professional and even negotiated a better contract for us. His knowledge of the market allowed us to find the perfect property.
I would highly recommend him as a Realtor and it was a pleasure working with him.

I am currently living in Seattle and working for MicroSoft·. I got the opportunity to relocate to So. OC and be closer to my family. Bill worked with my brother to look at numerous properties in a number of cities. He found me a wonderful 3 bedroom/ 3 bath townhouse in Aliso Viejo that was “ Turn Key”. He worked with me on the negotiations and purchase agreement, walk thru’s and inspections without me even having to see the property. During this pandemic, work and travel for me was very difficult…It was necessary for Bill to manage the process. He used FaceTime and videos to show me all aspects of the property and I will be able to close on it in early December. Bill was very accommodating with his schedule and help.

We could not have found our dream home without the help of Bill. The pandemic had somewhat delayed our buying process, and it was a HOT Seller’s Market. Bill found us a beautiful pool home in Mission Viejo with a million dollar view. There were over 6 offers on this property within 1 week. Bill’s negotiating skills and ability to build trust with the seller's agent allowed us to win the property (even though we were not the highest bidder). Bill was an excellent resource for finding us a lender, home inspector, and educating us on the buying process. He communicated with us every step of the way and kept the process on track. Bill is the best in the business!

Bill took the time to listen to what was important to us, and understand exactly what we were looking for, making it a point to remember specific things. As first time home buyers, it took some time and several showings to get a feel for what we liked and didn't like and Bill was patient throughout the entire process.

He kept in consistent contact with us, sending us properties to take a look at daily. He worked with our lender, Mark Malmberg, who is also amazing, and they both made the extra efforts to give us the upper hand during the process.

Bill went above and beyond what we were expecting of him. Once we knew the neighborhood we wanted to move into, Bill really dialed in and through his focus, creativity and hard work, created off market opportunities for us. This not only showed his willingness to go all out for his clients, but also his high level of knowledge and experience, that is so necessary to compete in this extreme seller’s market.
