Hello, my name is Bill Fleming! I am a Real Estate Broker with Century21 The Realty Group in Greenville, North Carolina. (www.century21trg.com ) I'm also a General Contractor and own Fleming Builders, LLC with my wife, Kelly.
Both Kelly & I moved to Greenville in 1978 from Parkersburg, West Virginia. Bill served as the District Manager in Greenville for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and retired in 2006 after a 31year career. We have two children, Emily and Will. Both are graduates of St. Peters School in Greenville and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
I am very active in the community having served as president of the Brook Valley Home Owners Association, Greenville Little League, and Pitt County Life Underwriters Association. I have also served on the Greenville Planning and Zoning Commission and Brook Valley Country Club Board of Directors. Currently a member of the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors, The Greenville- Pitt County Home Builders Association, Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce, the Greenville Noon Rotary Club, Greater Greenville Sports Club, and The Viquest Center {a local health club and gymnasium owned by Pitt County Memorial Hospital}
Kelly & I have built homes in the Brook Valley, Irish Creek, and Ironwood subdivisions as well as town homes in South Pointe. Kelly has a talent for fashion and interior design and enjoys helping buyers with the design and details of their home. She
