Bill Fortner is your go to Sarasota realtor. Bill is a native Sarasota resident who is extremely knowledgeable of every neighborhood, city and county, and housing market and construction. He is on top of the market trends with development and projection of housing values. He was able to pinpoint the neighborhoods and the type of house I wanted to purchase during our initial conversations, and he found my house in a couple days. The house I purchased checks almost every non negotiable “need to have box” on my list

But we all know finding the house is just the beginning. Price negotiations, inspections, negotiations again after inspections, financing, repairs, walk thru, etc. etc. Bill was on top of the process, providing top-notch vendors for inspections and financing. I was always informed as well prepared for the journey from bids to closing and handing me the keys to my new oasis.

I had a great experience working with Bill Fortner and highly recommend him for your real estate needs. He was extremely professional and fun to work with. I was in a multiple offer situation when I purchased my condo and the sellers agent commented to me that one of the reasons they accepted my offer was because everything was presented in proper order. They were confident the deal would make it to a smooth closing because of Bills attention to detail.
