William Gilsenan

After graduating from Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Bill Gilsenan Jr. joined the company in 1978 where he worked alongside his father until taking over as the Broker and Owner in 1982. Bill has over 40 years of experience in New Jersey real estate, in both residential and commercial transactions.

Bill is the current Treasurer of the NJMLS and has been a member of the NJMLS Board of Directors for the past 10 years, including a term as President in 1999.

Bill is also a current Director of the Real Source Association of Realtors and has served as its President in 2000 and as President of its predecessor the Northwest Bergen Board of Realtors in 1988. Bill has also been the Realtor of the Year for Real Source in 2004 and Realtor of the Year for the Northwest Bergen Board of Realtors in 1990. Bill holds the e-Pro, GRI and ABR designations.
