Born and raised in Jenkintown, PA, Billy graduated from Abington High School in Abington, PA in l989. He graduated from Mansfield University in Mansfield, PA in the Class of 1994 where he was a 4-year starter and All-Conference place kicker for the Division II “Mounties” football team. Upon graduation, Billy worked in the commercial fishing industry out of Sea Isle City, NJ and then worked in the sport fishing industry in North Carolina, Florida and the Bahamas. He later attended the Maritime Professional Training School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the Chapman School of Seamanship in Stewart, Florida. Billy then obtained his United States Coast Guard Captain’s License. Billy then moved to the islands of Antigua and Curacao for the next 7 years and worked in the sport fishing and diving industries.
After missing life in the USA, Billy returned to Ocean City, NJ where he spent every summer as a child. In 2002, he began his career in Real Estate at the Marr Agency. Since 2003, Billy has continuously earned the “Circle of Excellence” award for high volume of sales. This award is presented annually by the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
Billy resides in Ocean City with his wife, Amy, and their children, Sadie, John and Andrew.
