Bill Goodman

If you are looking for someone that knows real estate, why not hire a “Goodman”? Bill has lived in the Asheville and Hendersonville areas since 1994. He moved from frozen Iowa in 1975 to Florida, where after 19 years of sweat and sunburns, he thought there had to be a better place to live. After moving to North Carolina, he started full time in real estate in 1995. If there’s two things for sure, Bill knows Western North Carolina and he knows real estate. In his opinion, there is no finer place to live than in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Assisting sellers with moving either up or down in size, he will always be your “Goodman”. Also, he believes helping first-time buyers find a home is rewarding for everyone involved. It does not matter if this is your first home or sixth, Bill still offers the same quality of service and keeps you informed throughout each step of the process. On a personal note, he loves grabbing his camera and heading out to some of the beautiful landscapes and waterfalls in the area. Most of the art in his home are photographs he has taken over the years. His sons have decided to make his travel times to visit between them as far away from each other as possible, with the oldest son and family living outside of Tampa and his second son’s family living in Everett, Washington. Neither could settle for moving just a day trip away. Bill does enjoy his time off, but there will always be someone to help with any real estate needs they might have… even during vacations.
