My mission is to empower families with the advice and knowledge they need to win in their real estate sales and purchases.

I am a full-time agent in the Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee area and a licensed attorney who practiced law for 13 years before deciding to work in real estate full-time. My litigation experience gives my clients an edge over their competition when it comes to responsiveness, attention to detail, drafting offers, anticipating problems, and negotiation.

If you are buying a home, I go above and beyond what most agents do: I will not only help you find the right home by reviewing active listings; I will also reach out to unlisted property owners and owners of expired or cancelled listing to get you the best home at the best price.

If you are selling a home, I don’t just put your home in the MLS, place a sign in the yard, and pray someone will make an offer; it’s my job to expose your property to the largest pool of ready, willing, able, and interested buyers; to mobilize the local real estate community; and to cause your home to sell, through good old fashioned hard work and digital, print, and social media advertising.

Since becoming a Realtor, I have completed more than 250 hours of continuing education and certification credits and have earned my Real Estate Broker’s license. I am also a native Middle Tennessean and a U.S. Army Veteran.

Beyond selling houses, I am an active member of my local and state REALTOR associations, serving on my local Government Affairs Committee and the state Residential Forms Committee. As a board member and President of my Rotary Club and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, I believe in giving back and fostering a sense of community.
