Was selling my Parents house and was referred to Billy and My American Realty. Billy was outstanding in telling us what would help sell the house and to get us the biggest bang for our buck. He worked well with our contractor and sadly when we let our contractor go, he worked great with us and continued to assist in all situations that cropped up. Billy kept us informed throughout the process and still does after the Closing date. A very good job and will work with Billy again if we need and would recommend him.

I have worked with Bill Imandt many times in the past. He has sold my parents house, one of mine and my brothers. He is very responsive. I never wait long to hear from him. I felt like he listened to all the requirements me and my family needed. I love my new house and plan to recommend him in the future to anyone who needs a new place!

Billy is wonderful! He is attentive, he listens to what you want and need instead of going through the usual motions. You never worry that he does not always have your best interest at heart and you can feel confident that he will do the best he can to make your customer service experience a stellar one.
