He went above and beyond my expectations as a realtor. He is always available. This is my first home and I have learned so much from William throughout this entire process. William Jacobs, also known as Bill, is one of the most wonderful people you can possibly work with. My husband and I are first time home buyers and had zero knowledge about buying a home. From showing us houses to closing, we worked with Bill for about 5 months. The whole process of home buying is very stressful even after you decide on a home to purchase. You need a professional who knows what the next step will be so that you can be guided to a smooth and successful home buying process; for us that was Bill. Hold on, let me tell you! 🛑 Mr. Jacobs helped us with our purchase and he’s a “no nonsense” kind of guy. This is compounded by his experience as an retired NYPD detective. What does this mean? This means that he does not play around. He does what he says he will do and he hates miscommunication, and links in the chain that don’t seem to respond quickly enough.
This is definitely the agent you want in your corner. His attitude and work ethic is second to none. He is also surrounded by attorneys and other professionals in the field that work similarly to him. house all cash! Went through several real-estate agents some who acted like they wanted to help and some who did NOT want to be bothered with our little bit off savings. We were constantly told that we could not find a home with the amount we had ! That we would only get houses that were almost standing . We would not be able to find a home in Long Island mabey Suffolk. We even went to some auctions with no wins. The day we was done looking and said forget it my husband seen this house and I called MR JACOB ! Very patient let me explain everything without cutting me of and also gave us hope from the encouragement that he gave us. Everything happened so fast I knew that God had sent hem just for us ! Everything done OFFER,ACCEPTED WE EVEN USED HES LAWYER AND BOUGHT ! ALL WITHIN A MONTH
