William Johnson has been a resident of Saint Augustine since 1989. William specializes in Investment Real Estate and REO-Bank Foreclosures. He holds a certification and designation as an Investment Properties Specialist, (OICP) and can effectively assist buyers and sellers with investment real estate. Additionally
he holds a Community Association Management (CAM) license.
Investment real estate is much different than general real estate practices. With William’s experience in REO's and Investment properties, he can effectively determine CAP rates and estimate cash flow profit/loss before purchasing properties as well as determine property values and where they
are heading in the immediate future. He has successfully performed over 1200 evaluations, audits, CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis) and BPOs (Brokers Price Opinions).
He currently works with 12-15 banks and investment institutions. William has assisted investors working through the fluctuations in the market with great success. There are thousands of wealth generating opportunities in the real estate market, his knowledge and experience helps him assist investors when sifting through all the options, to make sound investment decisions. As a
property manager he can assist property owners with a consistent cash flow from their real estate assets.
William resides in St. Johns County with his wife and two sons. He is available to assist buyers, sellers and investors build their portfolios with purchases and property management in St. Johns, Flagler, Putman, Duval and Clay counties.
