Bill is a native Long Islander and a resident of Setauket all his life. He enjoyed growing up in this quaint and beautiful community so much that he chose to raise his family here too.
In addition to attending all the local schools in the Three Village SD, Bill graduated from Long Island Business Institute. Having previously had a background in litigation support and information management in the NY court system, he understands how the psychology as well as unbiased analytics of a deal can be implemented to clarify positions and direct the principals to a mutually satisfying resolution. Simply put, He is a very strong negotiator. What’s more, he will tell it like he sees it, believing candor and frankness are paramount in building trust, rapport and long-lasting relationships. He has a tremendous work ethic and an unwavering sense of loyalty and commitment to his clients.
Bill is increasingly proud to meet buyers and sellers in the area, working in partnership with them, understanding their needs, representing their interests as well as striving to achieve positive results. He always prefers a pragmatic approach, has a warm, friendly demeanor and prides himself on his communication skills.
As the father of a child on the spectrum, Bill is conversant both in programs available in the District for special needs students in addition to the navigation processes of the IEP assessments.
Bill’s interests include building the family tree on Ancestry.com, watching the Yankees and Rangers, and DIY projects around the house.
When he isn’t working or on the Port Jefferson-Setauket Greenway Trail, Bill, his son, and his wife, a local physician, enjoy the beaches of Long Island, listen to live music, travel to Virginia to visit family, cruise the Caribbean, and spend quiet time at home.
