William Liptak

Bill Liptak is a lifelong resident of the Youngstown area. He is a graduate of Ursuline High School and Youngstown State University, receiving his bachelor of science degree in business administration, majoring in accounting. He has been involved in real estate in some capacity for much of his career. He started as a corporate accountant for the Edward J DeBartolo Corporation and has served as Controller of C & S Land Company as well as several local manufacturing companies. In 2003 he formed his own real estate investment company, Good Neighbor Properties, buying and rehabbing homes and working with first-time homebuyers to help them achieve their dream of homeownership. In 2014, he became an Ohio licensed real estate agent.
