William Litvin

Principal broker and co-owner of Lighthouse Real Estate Group, Will Litvin has been an active full-time Realtor since 2002. In that time, he has become one of South County’s top-producers and recipient of the KWAOR Circle of Excellence award for sales production during each of the past ten years. Will has broad experience in both the residential and commercial realms and enjoys assisting his clients with all aspects of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Will also has a passion for sustainable & high-performance homes which led him to acquire on-going specialized training & certification as a home energy auditor through the Building Performance Institute. He is always glad to discuss home performance and energy efficiency and strives to make these topics part of the process when collaborating with both buyers and sellers.
A URI graduate with a B.A. in History, Will began his real estate career with R.D. Denelle & Company in South Kingstown during which time he earned his Broker’s license. After seven successful years at Denelle, Will joined RE/MAX Flagship in Narragansett where his business continued to flourish. In 2013, Will and fellow RE/MAX colleague, John Biafore, launched Lighthouse Real Estate Group.
Will resides in Wakefield with his wife, Tiana, and their two children, Ella, and Benny. An active member of our community, Will currently serves as vice-chairperson of the South Kingstown Parks and Recreation Commission. He also loves the outdoors whether it be surfing, fishing, or enjoying whatever the season has to offer.
