When I first contacted Will, I told him that I had a specific timeframe in which I wanted to purchase a home. Will was on it! He scheduled showings at properties quickly and efficiently. Once I was under contract, Will did a great job of explaining each step of the process. His communication between myself and the listing agent was outstanding throughout this process. In the days after closing, Will took the time to check in, see how the move went and how my family was settling into our new home. Will was truly invested in this journey from
Start to finish. I did not feel like I was just another home to sell but that he was truly interested in our family’s happiness in our new home.

I almost never write reviews, however my experience with Will was exceptional. Buying in a seller’s market meant homes were coming under contract soon after listing but Will made sure I was one of the first buyers through the door. When I finally found my home there were some bumps along the way (the seller was out of state and decided to forgo a realtor and sell himself) but because Will knows the market, the area, and all of the ins and outs of real estate so well the deal got done! We were at the settlement table in 30 days! If I ever buy another home there’s no question as to who my realtor will be. I recommend him 1000%.

We used William as our realtor for the sale of my mother's house the home my sis and I grew up in because we trusted him and his experience and judgment in the ever changing real estate industry. We started to put the property on the market right before the the height of the pandemic and once we went into quarantine everything was placed on hold. William not only kept us updated on the ups and downs of the market but he guided us along the way, remained patient throughout the process and made sure that my mom got not only what she wanted but exceeded our expectations. Once quarantine was lifted the property was listed and sold in a matter of days. He helped with every part of the process and made sure everything was thoroughly explained.
