William Trip Patterson is a Broker Associate with more than 25 years' experience in the industry. He specializes in the sales and rental of residential condominiums and single-family homes. With his deep real estate experience and affiliation with Christie's, Trip is able to leverage the strength of Christie's Northern New Jersey's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to assist his clients at all phases of the real estate process.

In a career spanning more than two and a half decades, Trip has been recognized for his superior skill and performance with industry awards, including being a member of the Circle of Excellence every year since 1997. He also holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. Trip is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service, Garden State Multiple Listing Service, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
