If you are looking for a personable realtor who really cares about your needs, I promise Billy is the one you should be working with. The entire process of selling our home was easy and completely stress free and the majority of it was because of Billy. He was recommended to us and I’m so very glad we decided to work with him. He was there every single step of the way and even afterwards he made sure to check in on us during our move. Glad to say he went from being our realtor to becoming our friend. We met Billy on a random open house and we just hit it off right from the bat. Before Billy I didn't trust many realtors and seen people have bad experiences but when we met Billy we felt right away that he was the one who would be the perfect fit to help us find our home for our family. We searched for at least 7 months and Billy was patient and was always there no matter where the house was and never rushed us to make a decision and at times even told us leave it this house isn't good for us. When any other realtor would lie and just to get the sale. That is what I appreciated the most. He was actually on our side and made it a personal goal for us to find and not just another sale. As a first time buyer he taught me and guided me every step of the way. I highly encourage everyone who wants a realtor on there side definitely choose Billy Rahner. He made the biggest decision in our life a easy one and also will gain a friend for good.
