Biography

William Reynoso was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to New York at the age of 13 years old. Moving to the United States knowing only the Spanish language, he learned quickly how to communicate with people of all backgrounds. He discovered the power of passion and was able to accomplish the task of learning a new language, living in a new country, and working towards the American Dream..
After graduating from college, he got his license as a Property and Casualty Insurance Broker in New York. After getting a small business loan, he opened his first office which he later expanded to owning several offices in different locations in the city.
After reaching success with his brokerage business, he decided it was time to start following his dreams. His passion and dedication helped him become a Commercially Rated Pilot.
In the year 1990, he made his first trip to Southwest Florida. After taking a boat ride around the Island, he was convinced that this was the area where he wanted to raise his children and bought a house on his first trip.
After relocating, he proceeded to make his dream come true and worked very hard to getting his operating permit from the FAA to open his own Air Flight Charter Company which he operated out of Naples Airport.
In the year 2004, he decided to make a career change and entered the real estate market with a full-service approach. He got his real estate, mortgage and appraisal trainee's licenses. Shortly after, he opened his own FHA approved mortgage company which he successfully operated through 2008, before deciding to move into real estate sales fulltime.
He recently joined Coldwell Banker's family of 91,000 agents, with an international network in 49 countries, to participate in the strongest real estate brand in the United States.
William is passionate about transforming people's lives by assisting them in buying or selling their home. William is part of CBIG (Coldwell Banker's International Group) on Marco Island and he is the Spanish liaison to the US on the Island.
The quality that sets William apart is his work ethic. He is an honest, relentless, hardworking individual who will do whatever it takes to get the job done and keeps integrity at the top of his priority list.
