Willie Rosa has been a real estate broker and sales associate since 1987. He first became a owner in 1988 by acquiring five real estate offices in Bergen County, NJ. At that time all five offices were failing and the real estate market was on the decline. In less than two years, all five offices were making a profit. In 1990, he sold one of the offices to focus more on the remaining offices. In 1991, he was named Broker Owner of the Year for Re/Max of NJ. In 2005, he acquired another office in Essex County that was also failing at the time. In 2007, he sold that one at a profit to its office manager. In 2009, he sold the remaining offices at a profit. In 2010, he took a position with another brokerage as manager to turn that company around. During all of this time he closed over $65 million in real estate deals.
After 32 years in the real estate business, he has encountered just about everything, both good and bad. With the real estate market steadily improving and my experience with the real estate in the counties of Bergen and Passaic, he would be proud to represent you and your family and help achieve that part of the American dream of home ownership. If you are selling a property, Willie can make this happen and will get the most for your home as fast as possible. Today's mortgage market is changing all the time and he knows he can make these deals happen. He has lived in Paramus for over 40 years and is very knowledgeable of all the Bergen/Passaic real estate trends.
