William Sorensen is a 30 year Real Estate and Mortgage Banking Professional.

In 2018 he successfully coached 12 first time homebuyers into owning their own homes. As well as working with first timers, he has also coached numerous investors into fulfilling their goals as landlords creating positive cash flow. A working knowledge of current inventory in West Volusia and Seminole counties enables William to know what is available and what properties stand out as an exceptional buy.
