Scott made buying a house easy, he was thorough, professional, experienced and very helpful, in short, great to work with, we highly recommend. This was the first time my wife and I have ventured into the world of home buying We have heard all horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents’ horrible market and everything you can think of.
Scott explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the builder. This made it really easy to move in very quickly considering today’s market. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the house(s) we were interested in, when we asked for an appointment, everything was seamless. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cares about his clients as well as the community.

Scott is an amazing Realtor that I would highly recommend to anyone. Scott made the entire process extremely easy. I only needed to see two houses. The first I picked, which was a disaster. So I clearly didn't know what I wanted, but Scott called me twenty minutes later and recommended I see the house. I called him twenty minutes after we left and made an offer. I will of course call him if/when I sell this beautiful home.

When I first set out to change houses early this year I thought my biggest challenge was my cancer and climbing stairs, then I heard of Covid-19. Late last year we decided it was time to downsize and engaged a realtor, William Scott Terry of eXp Realty. 'Scott' was able to adapt to our quick rejection of houses, our sequestration in a Texas hospital, and times when were engaged in the process and at times busy elsewhere. All this is a long way around to say Scott adapted to our needs, refined the searches until he showed us and sold us the perfect house, and then sold our existing home in 6 days.
