Bill grew up in Huntington Beach, California and is a 20 year resident of Haleiwa on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu. He raised his family (2 children) on a few acres of family farmland where they have a variety of fruit trees, chickens and a cow. Bill is dedicated family man and a former professional surfer. He spends his spare time in the ocean diving, swimming, surfing and stand up paddling. Bill's passion for the ocean and love for Hawaii started at a young age with his grandparents who met and married in the 1940's on Oahu. His grandfather worked for CH sugar and his grandmother was an English teacher at Punahou. As a young child he was exposed to his grandmothers teaching hula dance to her woman's club and also listening to his grandfather (an author marine biologist) regale stories of early surfing in Waikiki. Bills love for Hawaii and the ocean was instilled at a young and have not diminished today!

Professionally, Bill has 35+ years of sales and marketing experience. His early years California were spent working in the growing surf industry and later progressed to corporate sales with jobs as an account executive for fortune 500 companies. In Hawaii, Bill worked as the director of marketing for a Hawaii based stand up paddle surf company that went global. Bill's transition to real estate was natural progression as he continue his theme of working in a position that allows him to offer his unique high level of personal service.
