A West Mt. Airy native and lifelong Philadelphian, Will knows this city from every angle — growing up playing for the Mt. Airy Bantams, graduating from Central High School, studying at Morehouse College, and owning property in East Mt. Airy before becoming a Center City resident. That lived experience gives him a street-level understanding of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and a city-wide network that translates directly into access, insight, and results.

Before joining The Terry Upshur Group at Compass, Will served as an Executive and Marketing Leader for powerhouse organizations including Meta, Gopuff, Mitchell & Ness, Snipes, and the City of Philadelphia, where he briefly served as Chief Strategy Officer. He built the digital and social foundation for Mitchell & Ness, one of Philadelphia’s most iconic brands, and led multi-million-dollar campaigns that shaped culture and commerce worldwide.

In real estate, Will applies that same precision, creativity, and communication mastery to every listing. His marketing-first approach positions properties like brands — combining storytelling, analytics, and visual strategy to drive visibility and close deals.
