Willie Jordan has a vast amount of experience within many areas of the Real Estate Industry. His desire for real estate came from working in the banking industry. During this time, he developed a strong desire for raising capital from the private sector for real estate development, residential and commercial. This in turn led to the start of Jordan Equity Funds, Inc.

Jordan Equity Funds Inc., has secured $62 million in financing and capital for various projects throughout the Inland Empire. Over the course of years, He has been a managing partner directly responsible for $15 million in private investments for residential and commercial real estate projects.

He is well versed in land entitlements, real estate sales, real estate advisory, commercial and residential development that has given him in depth knowledge and experience.
