WILLY has been selling all Long Beach Island real estate since 1992 including Oceanfront and Bayfront properties. He knows many CAFRA state waterfront rules & regulations.
Willy achieved his real estate license in 1989. In 1992, Willy became LBI’s Oceanfront Expert and started accumulating data on all oceanfront homes available for sale and those that sold resulting in a very attractive Long Beach Island database on oceanfront properties. Willy publishes the LBI Oceanfront and Bayfront Newsletters with statistics of all MLS oceanfront Sales since 1992 and all MLS bayfront sales since 2004. The data includes average sale prices on oceanfront and bayfront properties, LBI single home oceanfront and bayfront sales spreadsheet, supply vs. demand curve, and data analysis.
