I am very pleased working with Wilson Jean. He is a very nice guy and has accommodating me through the process of buying my first home. We usually checked the properties I am interested together. He also answered all my questions. I highly would like to recommend my friends, colleagues, and family to Wilson if they are looking for home sweet home.

Where do I start? Wilson went above and beyond working with us, responding to our calls at anytime of the day, even cancelling his golf practices to show us houses throughout MoCo and HoCo. He is the most energetic and punctual person I've ever met. Upon entering a house, he goes through a full presentation to indicate the rooms location. I even teased him about those "presentations" LoL. As the prices kept surging, Wilson ensured that we understood the home buying process in Maryland. To that end, he shared relevant documents with us so we could be informed buyers. He encouraged us when we seemed totally down after yet another home purchased by competitive buyers who were paying $50-100K above asking price. At the end, we bought a nice home because of his patience and professional research. We are delighted to have Wilson as our realtor. We will definitely refer him to other home buyers and sellers.

Wilson spent the past year driving all over Montgomery county to help us find our home. During our search, the real estate market was absolutely insane. He had a lot of insight and was able to provide excellent advice on ways to navigate the market so that we'd be able to make informed decisions about the neighborhoods and homes we were targeting. Wilson was extremely patient and worked with us for several months until we were able to secure an offer on a home. My favorite part about working with Wilson is the advice that he provided regarding our offers. He made sure our offers were not too low or too high so that we would not overpay for a home and still remain competitive. I would highly recommend working with Wilson.
