Mr Stephens helped me sale my home and buy a new home. He shared resources with me to get loan options, new open houses and information on tax related issues.
He updated me several times a week on what he was doing and what I needed to do. When I felt like I was on an emotional rollercoaster, due to so many changes in my life, Mr Stephens listened and gave words of encouragement respecting my faith.
I will definitely refer Mr Stephens to others for his excellent abilities as a realtor and simply a nice guy!

Working with Wilson was delightful. He was very professional, knowledgeable and committed to helping us find the home that fit our needs and desires. This was not an easy task due to the current market that we were dealing with. His advise was right on. Also, the team that he worked with for loan and title made the transaction easier than it might have been. I highly recommend his as a realtor.

Wilson Stephens was the linchpin in the process to sell my condo. He directed me on communications with the mortgage company. His understanding of the selling market encouraged me to stage my condo before placing it on the market. Moving my furniture and belongings proved to be a major enterprise. Wilson, promptly provided supplies and gave me directions on relocating my personal property. We spoke often, sometimes twice in the same day. It helped to clarify my desires, intentions, and the best options or methods to employ. I'm happy to report my condo sold within the first month it was on the market.

My husband and I started working with Wilson in May of 2018. We discussed wish list and the search began. He sent us daily emails with houses that just hit the market and we'd sent a quick text to let me know if anything caught our eye. If we had any questions about a property, he was sure to contact the agent and get back to us in a prompt manner. As first-time home buyers, we sometimes felt discouraged when offers weren't accepted, but he let us know that it was all part of the process and kept motivating and encouraging us to stay positive and keeping looking. When the house meant for us came along, everything will work out. When our offer was accepted, Wilson was with us the whole way through. Since this experience was new to us, Wilson was sure to explain each step as we went along so we knew what to expect. We have been in our new home for 2 weeks and we are thrilled. Finally a place to call home.
