About Winona

Winona moved to San Francisco from the Philippines at age six and proudly considers herself a Bay Area native. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from San Francisco State University and spent nearly 20 years working in nonprofit organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union and the Alameda Education Association. Her background in finance, combined with a longtime passion for architecture and open houses, naturally led her to real estate. After becoming a breast cancer survivor, Winona chose to pursue a career that offered greater balance while helping others through major life transitions.

In 2006, Winona and her husband put down roots in Alameda, where they’ve raised their two daughters and embraced island living. She loves the Bay Area’s diversity, character, and ever-evolving neighborhoods, and she’s passionate about helping clients find a place they truly feel at home.

With her financial expertise, local knowledge, and calm, thoughtful approach, Winona helps buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. She’s committed to making the process smooth, strategic, and as stress-free as possible.
