Hi, this is Rick Morgan, and I just wanted to say want a fantastic job Bruce Croskey Real Estate did with management solutions for our properties. Bruce helped us with tenant agreements, dealing with rental agreement infractions, and just making sure the overall property was not taken advantage of my a few unscrupulous tenants in general. We usually do a great job of running a tight ship, but Bruce was able to make sure we didn't have any loopholes, and that everything was running systematically and sound.
