Despite it being an off-season for selling and dealing with the holiday craziness, Xavier remained positive and kept us informed. Communication was on point, either through phone, text, or email. Mr. Xavier Bryan is a MASTER REAL ESTATE ANGEL. I now call him the great "Equalizer". He stepped into my situation and flawlessly executed the sale of my property at a time I thought there was no hope. Xavier is as professional and knowledgeable as it gets. His expertise extends well beyond what you may think a real estate agent should be. Prior to being referred to Xavier, my house had been on the market for eight months under a different real estate agent. I was well beyond frustrated. Xavier graciously agreed to sell my property even though it had been so poorly handled under a different agent. I relocated from NY to VA. This was a stressful move for my family due to some personal issues. However, Xavier was attentive, and patient as he helped ease our minds by holding our hands every step of the way (something I really needed). He always answered my calls and was readily available to assist me in any and all things real estate and more. He not only provided sound advice on real estate... he often recommended restaurants, decent hotels and told us where all the great beaches were.
I purchased my house sight unseen. Other than pictures on the internet, I pretty much walked into this blindly. I was NOT worried. Xavier told me which app to download and he did the walk thru for me via FaceTime; making sure I was comfortable with my decision in order to put an offer in 500+ miles away. I will be forever grateful to him for going above and beyond for my family. He even gave my son basketball advice. LOL
Xavier's arsenal of knowledge and network of people helped me get to the finishline. I call him the Mayor of the City, because if you asked him a question he either knew the answer or knew how to get in touch with the person who knew the answer. He was extremely resourceful throughout this whole process and even still checks on me periodically post closing to make sure "we are alright".
I plan on buying another house for an Air B&B in the near future. I will be using Xavier. He will always be my Realtor and I highly recommend him. Get ready to be "WOW'ed". Thanks Xavier!!!!

Xavier is a top notch Realtor! The last house he sold for me was listed and we accepted an offer the very first day!
He has shown he will do whatever it takes and in fact almost sold the last house before it was even ready to be listed !
