Xavier originally obtained his license in his hometown of Boston, MA where he additionally managed a substantial portfolio of several types of properties. To his further credit, he supervised a three-year renovation project of over 1,100 apartment homes adjacent to Fenway Park. Xavier was also responsible for an extensive number of acquisitions, renovations, and the ultimate resale of a multitude of condominiums and homes throughout the greater Boston area, within his long tenure at Copley Group.
Xavier and his wife Jennifer, then relocated to Portland where he continued to follow a career in Property Management as well as choosing to invest in local real estate. Upon arriving in our state a few years later, he obtained his Washington Real Estate License and began collaborating with several investors as a mentor, negotiator, and liaison for various commercial and residential property ventures. Xavier currently works with varied and diverse groups consisting of buyers, sellers, developers, and investors both locally and internationally.
