I cannot say enough good things about Xavier. We were in the market for a very unique type home and feeling pretty sure we would have to build when a listing popped up that checked most of our boxes. Xavier had us in for a showing that same day. Our current home was was not even on the market (remember we thought we were building) not to be deterred she had our listing live in 3 days and under contract just hours later. Besides her real estate prowess Xavier is just an all around nice person. Life became a whirlwind and she was a steady voice of reason and kind ear through all my meltdowns. Xavier Sams goes over and beyond the call of duty. She has the best interest of those who she work alongside with at heart. She is a go getter and will not stop until she gets you everything you deserve. There were moments I was not sure things would work and started to doubt myself but Xavier was encouraging and constantly reminded me that I deserve it and we will be going to the closing table. Man where to began... Xavier was a present wrapped in a big bow. If anyone tells you that buying a house is hard work well you don’t have the right realtor. She helped me find a house and we closed and moved within a month. Xavier handled everything with sending me listings and made sure my final choice was one that I could live with. Xavier was and has always Ben nothing short of amazing! My husband and I moved from New Orleans not knowing a soul in town. Xavier and I met (when I did her brows 🥰) and as soon as we decided to stay in Florence she was the first person I called! She got me pre approved THE SAME DAY! And picked me up to go shopping within hours!
