Yael is not just our realtor she is like family. She didn’t want us to settle, she was patient, and helped us step outside of our comfort zone. As a first time home buyer, I spent months of unsuccessfully searching to purchase a home.
I met Yael Shanee at an open house, she was very friendly and professional, she explained the buying processes and also how to save some money.
We set up an appointment, met her for the second time. She put me through a Mortgage broker and every steps was so easy.
Shanee worked tirelessly to see that I bought my dream home. She was always available for every home tours, inspect every aspect of the house, highly experienced when dealing with other agents and also very good at convincing them to accept my offer.

I met Yael when we were buying our first house together, and she was the sellers agent. We have been searching for a place in Long Island for quite some time but ran into some corrupt realtors. After being disappointed with a local realtor we were lucky to meet Yael Shanee. Yael came to our home armed with a folder full of information on the value of the homes in the surrounding area. After a tour of the house Yael said “I can sell your house, but we need to find the right buyer.” Our home was newly renovated with a beautiful garden and turn key. However, it was adjacent to a commercial parking lot making it a bit of a challenge. Yael was very active in promoting the home. She created a virtual tour, was relentless in advertising, arranged several open houses, and worked with us in arranging potential customers to tour the home since we were spending most of our time in another state. Yael never failed to be enthusiastic and always had a positive outlook which was exactly what we needed. Fortunately for us, a family of a previous sale she had made wanted to buy a home. Yael felt that our home would be the perfect fit. The potential buyer loved to garden, cook and felt the warmth, joy and love in the home. So much so, that she refused to tour any other homes. It was love at first sight. I saw Yael more like a matchmaker and am grateful to her that she found a buyer that would take care and love the house as much as we have. It was an exceptional experience for us. Yael is personable, a professional, listens to your needs and wants. She never gives up on a potential buyer and makes sure that at closing it runs smoothly and everyone is happy. Thank you Yael. You are a wonderful human being.
