Yaffa Regosin has been a full time- licensed Realtor® in NJ since 2003. She holds a NY real estate license as well. Yaffa’s training in special education, experience as a teacher in Manhattan, New Jersey, and Israel, and leadership role as an Early Childhood Director in a private school, instilled tremendous patience and interactive skills that fueled her success as a dedicated agent. Her greatest strength and joy is to assist her buyer, seller, and renter clients through every phase and aspect of their real estate transactions.
Yaffa understands both the sentimental and financial sides of real estate and is very supportive of her clients as they venture through this exciting yet emotional journey. She often advises people to go with their heart, as real estate is not always an exact science; though she will always protect your interests and help you achieve the greatest monetary value.
A graduate of Columbia University’s Barnard College, and the recipient of a Master’s Degree from Columbia University’s Teacher’s College, Yaffa went from an accomplished career as a teacher and school administrator to an even more rewarding career, real estate, in 2004. She has since garnered seasoned expertise, and a strong client base of individuals and families who value her honesty, integrity and thorough market knowledge.
Yaffa devotes an incredible amount of time and tenacity to every transaction, to ensure her clients’ ultimate satisfaction. This busy working woman and mother of four (five if you include her adorable Labradoodle dog!) is also an active participant in her community where she was a former board member of her synagogue, Kehilat Kesher, the Community Synagogue of Tenafly and Englewood. She is currently involved with the Northern Valley Greenway, a proposed 8-mile walking/running/ bike path that will run through six Bergen County towns from Tenafly to Northvale. She is a published author of a series of educational children’s books, an enthusiast of biking, skiing and paddle-boarding, and a frequenter of beautiful Cape Cod with her family in summer.
Yaffa speaks fluent Hebrew as well as English. She enjoys working with local and international clients to achieve their real estate goals.
