Yahira Montano

Having walked with lions in Zimbabwe in 2019, there’s very little that intimidates Yahira Montano. So, you would not be surprised to learn that she is a fearless negotiator for her customers. She is driven by a real desire to help people, which is evident in her background, and her approach to the business.

Originally from the Bronx in New York City, Yahira earned her Master’s Degree in Social Welfare from NYU and went on to work as a social worker and therapist. After relocating to Jacksonville in 2014 and buying her own home, her passion and commitment to helping others build legacy and wealth led her to enter the real estate field. She earned her real estate license in 2017 and made the move to Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty based on the company’s collaborative culture, dedication to competency and excellent reputation.

When she is not busy helping customers buy and sell homes, Yahira enjoys spending time with friends and family, dining out and traveling. When she is home, she enjoys playing with her Cavapoos Luna and Arlo, and growing different plants.
