Originally from the Midwest, Nely brings a strong work ethic and a personable approach to Miami’s real estate market. She moved to Florida in 2016 for an internship with a Spanish TV network but soon discovered her passion for real estate. Starting as a leasing agent in college, Nely quickly developed a knack for understanding transactions and building strong client relationships, leading to high closing ratios and lease-up successes.
Her career has been defined by adaptability, spanning commercial real estate, Federal Housing programs (Project-Based and Section 8), and luxury marketing. She has also worked alongside brokers and development teams on marketing initiatives, from designing campaigns to preparing market analyses, which has given her a broader perspective on how properties are positioned and sold. This combination of real estate and marketing experience allows her to approach each transaction with both creativity and practical insight.
