Yanni Athanasiadis

In 2003, Yanni entered the world of real estate as an investor after observing the success of one of his fellow Marines. The following year, after purchasing his tenth investment property and earning his brokers license, Yanni decided to resign his commission to work in real estate full time. Two years after leaving the Corps, Yanni was recalled to active duty to serve in Iraq. Once back in uniform, and his rental properties in good order, Yanni decided to remain in the Marines Corps until he concluded his military career after 25 years of service. He is a combat veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan and lead joint teams with members of the Army, Air Force, and Navy. Having endured eleven moves during his time in the Marines, he fully understands the pressure people experience when searching for a new home. Yanni's experience and paternal nature enable him to alleviate much uncertainty and stress for his clients. The lessons Yanni learned many years ago at Parris Island and Quantico serve him well in real estate. Attention to detail, unwavering integrity, planning, work ethic, and mentorship are all characteristics his clients and teammates always appreciate. He is passionate about educating others on the benefits of home ownership.



Yann hails from Homestead, Florida and is a graduate of Florida International University, Florida State University, and Marine Corps University. He is the proud father of three young adults and his wife, Stacie, is an active duty Captain in the United States Navy.
