This is the third experience with the Yascha Group, for us. Every time the process is seamless. He is extremely knowledgeable. He cares for all of the details big and small. He’s very responsive; always available for questions and replies quickly. Home buying and selling is never without surprises or hiccups but Yascha was there with solutions for every event that arose. My most recent experience, I trusted him to the point where I just said “you’re in charge, lead the way, and I’ll follow”, and he produced a result that I wouldn’t have imagined possible. I was particularly impressed with how he analyzed the buyers. This point ended up making a big difference in the final stage because we didn’t have to negotiate repairs and draw out the timeline.

Yascha came highly recommended from someone well connected to the real estate industry in Portland, and he did not disappoint one bit! This was our first home purchase, plus we were moving from out of state, so we needed someone that was going to be kind, patient, informative, and knowledgeable. When we first met Yascha, we told him we were hoping to find something quickly without having to put offers in on 5-6 homes (or more).

Yascha Noonberg was my realtor for buying my first house ever. I wanted to purchase a house in Portland to be near family. I did the whole transaction remotely as I was living in California at the time. Yascha and his colleagues were wonderful and made the whole experience easy. Within about a month of starting, I found a cute little craftsman house in the area I wanted.

Yascha is extremely knowledgeable and professional. In a difficult market, he gave me excellent advice of what was needed to succeed in finding a place and having my offer accepted. He is very likable and has great communication skills. I believe that this gave him an advantage in dealing with, in my case, the seller’s realtor. I don’t think I would have had my offer accepted if I had another realtor. He is also very honest and really cares about his clients’ being satisfied with the result. I highly recommend him and his group of realtors.

He also helped us put our old home on the market, generate nearly 30 viewings and 10+ offers, all during the weekend of the historic ice storm in Portland. Yascha recently helped us buy our forever home in Portland and quickly positioned our home to list and sell (accepted an offer after one weekend!). Just like our first home purchase with Yascha in 2014, our purchase offer was chosen even though it wasn't the highest offer. Yascha helped us understand what terms were important and is incredible at building relationships with everyone involved on the buying & selling side to get as many people in our corner as possible. There's no way we get that house without Yascha and his team.

After landing the purchase, Yascha pushed us to move quickly to prep our house to list for sale to take advantage of the strong sellers' market - and we're glad he did! He was able to do a home walkthrough and offer basic staging suggestions, and has contacts for every imaginable service you can need - from professional staging, to landscaping, plumbing, electrical - you name it. Yascha was so great in helping us find our home. He first helped us sell our home for a GREAT price! Then during a time when inventory was low he continued to help us look at property after property, making many offers. Knowing our list of what we really wanted he helped us make tough decisions on how much to offer and reminded us of our needs when we were deciding on making an offer or not. He was agreeable to doing and offering what we wanted but reminded us of what we may be forgetting and gave us guidance in a crazy market. My husband and I are not your normal buyers: patient, picky, and unyielding for quality of life assessment in picking a home. We don’t go and walk 20 homes, we pick 3 and we buy one of those or we wait. Yascha was respectful and helpful despite our challenging goals.

I recently had a chance to work with Yascha on the purchase of an investment property. Yascha completely took ownership of the transaction and removed the stress that is inherent in significant purchases.

Navigating relationships between the title company, inspector, appraiser, and mortgage broker was an absolute trial that was exacerbated by our short timeline. Fortunately for me, Yascha handled everything in regards to communication and negotiation; he even pulled a few strings to rush the efforts. This was amazing because all I really had to do was sign on the line.

This deal being a multiple offer situation, Yascha had to negotiate the deal (he beat out the competition), obtain lender approval, and get docs completed within 4 hours. He started working on the deal at 1:00 pm with a timeline of 5:00 pm. It got done.

This was a very complicated deal with significant obstacles which Yascha had no difficulty hurdling. His amazing work ethic and integrity is exactly why he is so successful and why we’ll be partnering again on the next deal.

Selling our house felt complicated untill we found Yascha Noonberg. With a house full of stuff and a great big yard we met with multiple listing agents in the belief that a second opinion would be vital in this our largest financial decision in a decade. Yascha was the most positive and proactive of the whole bunch. He laid out an ambitious plan on how he would market our house and he followed through with all of it. He wanted to put our yard in the forefront of this effort. To achieve this, Yascha produced and narrated a video-tour of the backyard and then threw the best open-house ever. To show off the yard again, he staged our Open House in the backyard and as a final touch Yascha provided live music! Over a hudred people attended.
